FM increases electronic components manufacturing scheme outlay to Rs. 40,000 crore

FM has proposed Bio Pharma Shakti with a proposal of Rs 10,000 crore for next 5 years. Futhermore, Electronic Components Manufacturing Scheme outlay increased to Rs 40,000 crore.

The FM also announced Rare earth permanent scheme. Tamil Nadu to be supported for rare earth corridor among other states. The government has proposed to support states like Orissa, Kerala, Andhra, Tamil Nadu to establish critical mineral corridors.
