Ipca Laboratories board approves scheme of amalgamation

The board of Ipca Laboratories at its meeting held on 26 June 2026 has approved the scheme of amalgamation of Krebs Biochemicals & Industries (Transferor Company) with the company (Transferee Company) under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
