Rainbow Childrens Medicare allots 7,483 equity shares under ESOP

Rainbow Childrens Medicare has allotted 7,483 equity shares under ESOP on 25 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 10,15,66,639 equity shares of Rs 10 each.

No need to issue cheques by investors while subscribing for IPO. Just write the bank account number and sign-in the application form to authorise your bank to make payment in case of allotment. No worries of refund as the money remain in the investor's account.
6.There is no need to issue a cheque. Use ASBA, Please write the Bank account number and sign the IPO application form to authorize your bank to make payment in case of allotment. In case of non allotment the funds will remain in your bank account
