HDFC Bank allots 5.18 lakh equity shares under ESOS

HDFC Bank has allotted 5,18,036 equity shares under ESOS on 25 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 15,40,13,27,492 equity shares of Re.1/- each.
