Aether Industries has allotted 5,454 equity shares under ESOS on 27 March 2026. Upon allotment of above issued equity shares, the company's share capital stands to Rs. 1,32,67,98,240 comprising of 13,26,79,824 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

No need to issue cheques by investors while subscribing for IPO. Just write the bank account number and sign-in the application form to authorise your bank to make payment in case of allotment. No worries of refund as the money remain in the investor's account.
6.There is no need to issue a cheque. Use ASBA, Please write the Bank account number and sign the IPO application form to authorize your bank to make payment in case of allotment. In case of non allotment the funds will remain in your bank account
