Five-Star Business Finance allots 2.99 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Five-Star Business Finance has allotted 2,99,110 equity shares under ESOP on 25 March 2026. The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly increased to Rs 29,51,75,278 consisting of 29,51,75,278 equity shares having a face value of Rs 1.00 each.
