AAVAS Financiers has allotted 90,867 equity shares under ESOP on 24 March 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 79,28,27,430 consisting of 7,92,82,743 equity shares having a face value of Rs.10/- each.
