Lupin allots 7,189 equity shares under ESOP

Lupin has allotted 7,189 equity shares under ESOP on 21 August 2025. In view of the above, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs 91,35,09,034 consisting of 45,67,54,517 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
