Initial public offer of 27,96,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 197 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 187 per equity share) ("Offer Price") aggregating to Rs. 55.08 Crores ("Offer"). The offer comprises a fresh issue of 22,38,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 44.09 Crores ("Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of 5,58,000 equity shares ("Offered Shares") aggregating to Rs. 10.99 Crores, by Prasoon Chauhan (promoter selling shareholder), the ("Offer For Sale"). This offer includes a reservation of 1,39,800 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 2.75 Crores for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation portion"). The offer less the market maker reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Offer". The offer and the net offer shall constitute 26.43% and 25.11%, respectively, of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company. Price Band: Rs. 197/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each. The floor price is 19.70 times the face value of the equity shares. Bids can made for a minimum of 1,200 equity shares and in multiples of 600 equity shares thereafter.
