Sterlite Technologies jumps 1.11% after securing Rs 1.2 billion long-term supply agreement

Sterlite Technologies Ltd. rises 1.11% to Rs 920.0 as the stock has gained 11.68% over the last week.

Sterlite Technologies Limited announced that a wholly-owned subsidiary has secured a Long-Term Supply Agreement (LTSA) with a hyperscale partner, with a total potential value estimated at approximately Rs 1.2 billion (USD 1.2 billion) over its tenure from Calendar Year 2026 to Calendar Year 2030. The agreement, which involves the supply of optical connectivity products, establishes a reciprocal risk-sharing framework and is expected to be executed by December 2030.

Trading volume reached 20.95 lakh shares today, a surge of 103.44% compared to the average volume over the last one week. Sterlite Technologies Ltd. soared by 656.77% year-over-year, outperforming the 8.09% loss recorded by the NIFTY50 index.
