Nikhil Thakkar will transition from Senior Management at Crompton Greaves effective October 2026

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited announced that Nikhil Thakkar, Head – Internal Audit, Risk & Control and a designated Senior Management Personnel, will transition to a new role within the company effective October 16, 2026, resulting in a change in the internal reporting structure and meaning he will no longer be considered a Senior Management Personnel under SEBI regulations.
