EURO MULTIVISION LIMITED submits certificate amid suspended trading due to outstanding dues

EURO MULTIVISION LIMITED informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it is submitting a confirmation certificate dated October 3, 2026, received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018; trading in the company's equity shares is presently suspended on both stock exchanges due to pending compliances, outstanding dues pertaining to the CIRP/Liquidation period and other procedural formalities, and the new management is taking steps to regularise the pending compliances.
