Bilcare Limited directors Mohan Bhandari and Kavita Bhansali remain in their roles

Bilcare Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that Mr. Mohan Bhandari and Mrs. Kavita Bhansali will continue as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director & CEO and Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, respectively, after special resolutions proposed at the company’s 39th Annual General Meeting held on September 26, 2026, were not passed by the requisite majority.
