Aeroflex Neu acquires 51.01% stake in Stilonn Valves for Rs 16,00,21,504

Aeroflex Neu Limited announced that its board approved the acquisition of an additional 7,27,040 equity shares of Stilonn Valves and Controls Private Limited for Rs 16,00,21,504, increasing Aeroflex Neu’s stake from 19.58% to 51.01%, which will make Stilonn a subsidiary of Aeroflex Neu. Stilonn, incorporated on September 25, 2013, manufactures precision engineering products for the AI infrastructure, data center, pharmaceutical, and healthcare sectors, reporting a turnover of Rs 1,621.93 crore for fiscal year 2025-26.
