Golden Crest Education & Services Limited submitted a confirmation certificate received from M/s. Bigshare Services Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, regarding no dematerialization requests for equity shares received between July 1, 2026, and September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
