Glaam Up Jwel Limited confirms all shares are in dematerialized form, per BSE filing

Glaam Up Jwel Limited, formerly known as Gleam Fabmat Limited, confirmed that all shares of the company are in dematerialized form and no requests for dematerialization or rematerialization were received from shareholders during the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a certificate filed with the Bombay Stock Exchange. Bigshare Services Private Limited, the company’s share transfer agent, also confirmed the regulation is not applicable to the company.
