SMR Jewels Limited informed the BSE Limited that it has received a certificate from Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, confirming the dematerialization of securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
