Mazda Limited confirms securities dematerialisation completion per SEBI regulations

Mazda Limited, in a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange on October 15, 2026, reported that MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, confirmed the completion of dematerialisation of securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
