Velox Shipping allots equity shares to warrant holders following Rs 5.07 crore consideration

Velox Shipping and Logistics Limited, formerly Velox Industries Limited, has allotted 56,31,107 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each to warrant holders, following the receipt of 75% of the outstanding consideration totaling Rs 5,06,79,963. The allotment, approved by shareholders on January 8, 2026, converts warrants initially issued on a preferential basis on May 16, 2026, to warrant holders including Pramila Bharat Poojari, Biju Joseph, Uma, Ashish Deobansi, and Ramendur U Trivedi.
