Hero Motors Limited confirms no share dematerialisation requests were received recently

Hero Motors Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it received a certificate from KFin Technologies Limited, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, confirming no requests for dematerialisation/rematerialisation of shares were received during the period from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories & Participants) Regulations 2018.
