Mark Dzialga resigns from Indegene board due to Brighton Park Capital’s share sale

Indegene Limited announced that Mark Francis Dzialga has resigned from his position as Non-Executive - Non Independent Director, effective October 29, 2026, due to the sale of Brighton Park Capital’s entire shareholding in the company. Dzialga, whose Director Identification Number is 00955485, will also cease to be a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Investment Committee of the Board on the same date.
