D.B. Corp Limited allotted equity shares under employee stock option schemes, increasing capital

D.B. Corp Limited announced the allotment of 16,503 equity shares following the exercise of options under its D.B. Corp Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2011 and D.B. Corp Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2021, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on Friday. The allotment, approved by the company’s Compensation Committee, increased the issued and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 17,82,54,679 to Rs 17,82,71,182, with 9,500 shares issued at an exercise price of Rs 30 and 7,003 shares issued at an exercise price of Rs 10.
