INDO-MIM’s board reappointed three independent directors and plans a Rs 45 crore Vietnam subsidiary

INDO-MIM Limited announced that its board approved the reappointment of Rajni Anil Mishra, Meera Shankar, and Sujitha Karnad as independent directors for another five years, effective March 30, 2027, subject to shareholder approval. The company also disclosed plans to incorporate a wholly-owned subsidiary in Vietnam with an initial investment of Rs 45 crore over five years, focused on manufacturing electronics and engineering components.
