Cemindia Projects Limited launches equity share placement with SBI Capital Markets as manager

Cemindia Projects Limited, formerly known as ITD Cementation India Limited, announced the opening of a qualified institutions placement of equity shares with a floor price of Rs 1,158.58 per share, according to a regulatory filing on October 14, 2026. The company authorized the opening of the issue today, and SBI Capital Markets Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, and IIFL Capital Services Limited, formerly known as IIFL Securities Limited, have been appointed as book running lead managers for the offering, with the issue price to be determined in consultation with the BRLMs.
