ITC Limited allotted shares following employee stock option scheme exercises As on : 15-Oct-2026

<p>ITC Limited announced on October 15, 2026, that it issued and allotted 13,95,500 Ordinary Shares of Rs 1/- each, following the exercise of 1,39,550 options under its Employee Stock Option Schemes, increasing the company’s Issued and Subscribed Share Capital to Rs 1253,19,12,581 divided into 1253,19,12,581 Ordinary Shares of Rs 1/- each.</p>
